How do I track my parcel ?
Go to "My account", click on "My order history" and then click on "Track" in the "Action" column.
You will then be able to track your package in real time.
How do I know if an item is in stock ?
The stock levels indicated in the description of each item are the real time stock levels.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
When you receive your parcel, please check its condition and contents. If there is any damage, you must make a complaint to the courier, otherwise we will not be able to process your claim. For the claim to be accepted, the reservation must refer to the contents and not the container, e.g. "damaged boxing gloves" and not "damaged parcel". A "damaged package" claim will not be accepted.
Delivery of items under 30kg :
Order before 12 noon Monday to Friday and your order will be despatched the same day.
DPD Predict delivery (mainland France except Corsica) :
DPD is one of the most reliable carriers. If you have provided a mobile phone number, your order will be shipped using the Predict service, i.e. you will receive an SMS and/or email to select the delivery day and time.
If you have not provided a mobile phone number, but a landline number for example, your parcel will be shipped using the DPD Classic service and you will receive an SMS on the day your parcel is to be shipped. This SMS will tell you the time when the driver will arrive at your home. If you are not at home, you can reschedule the delivery of your order.
DPD collection service (mainland France, except Corsica) :
When you place your order, after entering your delivery address, we will suggest the closest collection points.
You will then be notified by email when your parcel arrives at the collection point. All you have to do is show your ID.
Colissimo signature home delivery (France - Europe - International) :
What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery ? If you are absent, your postman will leave a notice in your letterbox. You must then follow the instructions on the notice to collect your parcel.
Colissimo Relais delivery (France - Europe)
When you place your order, once you have entered your delivery address, we will suggest the nearest collection points.
You will then be notified by email when your parcel arrives at the collection point. All you need to do is show up with your ID.
Delivery of parcels weighing more than 30 kg :

You will be contacted by phone and/or text and/or email by the carrier, it is up to you to determine the delivery date of your order.

Order from Monday to Friday before 11am and your order will be shipped the same day.
You will receive an email with tracking information for your delivery.

Transport costs:
DPD delivery in mainland France (except Corsica) is offered to you at a distribution centre from a purchase of €49 and to your home from a purchase of €69, excluding heavy and/or bulky items.
Colissimo delivery is never free.
For free delivery, Le coin du ring reserves the right to choose the most appropriate means of transport.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order, the items in your basket and the delivery destination. The delivery methods offered to you take into account the items in your basket. Due to restrictions on some heavy and/or bulky items, they are not all eligible for the same delivery methods.
To find out the shipping costs that will be applied, you can add the items you need to your basket and an estimate of the shipping costs will be visible in your basket.
Delivery times
Not to be confused with the time taken to prepare your order. This is the time it takes for your package to reach you once it has been dispatched.
Order preparation time: Orders are dispatched on the same day as your order or the next working day.
Delivery times by delivery method: Please find below a table summarising delivery times, which are given for information only as these times are not guaranteed by the carriers. We give the average times observed.
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Valsonne 69170 - in this case, please contact us to organise your collection.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Le coin du ring will not accept any claims unless a reservation has been made with the driver of the transport company. When you receive your parcel, please check the condition of the contents of your order. If there is any damage, it is imperative that you make a reservation with the delivery person, otherwise we will not be able to deal with any claims. In order for the claim to be accepted, the reservation must relate to the contents and not the container, e.g: "punching bag damaged" or "boxing gloves damaged" or "unusable goods" and not "damaged parcel". A "damaged package" reservation is not acceptable and has no legal value.
