What is my cooling-off period?

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Zenitude insurance

This is offered to you when you make your purchase. It is possible to take out this insurance so that Lecoinduring will cover the cost of returns, except for heavy and/or bulky items (this concerns items weighing more than 30kg such as punching bags, gantries and/or bulky items such as tatami mats, standing bags, etc.).

In this case, please do not hesitate to contact us and/or read the item descriptions carefully so that you can choose what you need.

Any Zenitude insurance purchased with an order that includes ineligible items will be refunded immediately via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return and refund policy

I have purchased Zenitude insurance:

1.             A prepaid Colissimo return label is included in your parcel.

2.            Fold the item to be returned, clean and unused, in its original packaging and place it in the parcel.

3.            On the delivery note, circle the item to be returned

4.            Close the package and stick the label on the package.

5.            Hand in the parcel at the post office or at a Colissimo collection point.

I do not have Zenitude insurance

1.            On the delivery note, mark the item to be returned

2.            Fold the item to be returned in its original packaging, clean and unused, and put it in the parcel.

3.            Postage the package and send it to the address below. The most common carrier is La Poste, but you can choose any carrier you like. Some sites compare prices to find the best rate, such as Upela (https://www.upela.com/fr/) or ColisMoinsCher (https://www.colismoinscher.com/).

What are the return costs?

1.            You have subscribed to the Zenitude insurance when you placed your order: the return is free, paid by Lecoinduring.

2.            If you did not take out Zenitude insurance when you placed your order: you are responsible for the return costs.

3.         In the event of an error by Lecoinduring, failure, breakage, non-conformity of the product received within 30 days, the return costs are entirely free and paid by Lecoinduring. A label

What are the return conditions?

All the returns are refunds, we don’t make exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags / instructions / accessories / packaging.

They must be returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the delivery note.

All returns will be inspected. Returned items must be new, unused, with their tags and in their original packaging, in perfect condition to be sold again. Le coin du ring reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet one of these conditions.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Your refund will be made automatically once we have received and checked your package, within a maximum of 5 days (in general, returns are processed and refunded on the same day they are received by us).

What is the refund amount?

Case 1 - You have ordered a single item or you have ordered multiple items and are returning them all: We will refund the full amount of your order (including postage paid at the time of purchase).

Case 2 - You have ordered several items and are returning only some of them: The amount refunded will be the price of the item(s) returned.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be made using the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.

How can I track my returns?

Case 1 - You have purchased Zenitude insurance: Note the tracking number and follow the progress of your return directly on the colissimo website using your parcel number.

Case 2 - You return the parcel yourself: Follow the progress of your return directly on the website of your chosen carrier, using your parcel number.

What should I do if the package is damaged?

When you receive your parcel, please check its condition and contents. If there is any damage, it is imperative that you make your concerns known to the deliverer, otherwise we will not be able to process any claims. For the claim to be accepted, the reservation must refer to the contents and not the container, e.g. "damaged boxing gloves" and not "damaged parcel". A "damaged package" claim will not be accepted.
