Accessible financially, the 2 cm thickness is recommended for the practice of all disciplines not granting falls. They'll give you plenty of comfort when moving around and strengthening your muscles.

We don't recommend these puzzle matt for disciplines like Judo, as the falls are too violent, and the 2 cm thickness wouldn't provide the necessary safety.
